We start this sweet adventure on 2013 building the first ‘la Valeriana’ house, in front of the Qoricancha temple, in the heart of the historic Cusco´s center.

Preserving the tradition of the European pastry, traditional pastry, juices and infusions, and our team little by little make some innovations.

Currently, we have two ‘La Valeriana’ houses, the second it is located on Espinar Portal (in front of the La Merced church).
